Rep. Ron Estes, who represents Kansas’ 4th district in the U.S. Congress, has recently highlighted support for the Trump administration’s economic and budgetary initiatives through a series of posts on his official social media account.

On August 4, 2025, Estes posted about a new savings program for newborns: "Great point by @SecScottBessent – the Trump Savings Accounts give newborns the ability to become stakeholders in America’s economy from the moment they’re born. We're setting up the next generation for financial independence & saving for future expenses."

A day later, on August 5, 2025, Estes commented on federal spending reductions: "Republicans cut wasteful programs the American taxpayer never signed up to fund like PBS specials about white privilege and DEI plays in Ireland. American taxpayer dollars are being saved with cuts like these."

On August 6, 2025, he again referenced the new savings accounts for children: "The Trump Savings Account for every child born after January 1, 2025 is one of the ways the Trump administration is the most pro-family in history. Growing families in Kansas & the rest of the nation will be at ease knowing their children will be set up for financial success!"

Ron Estes has served as a member of Congress since 2017 and succeeded Mike Pompeo as representative of Kansas’s 4th district. He was born in Topeka in 1956 and currently resides in Wichita. Estes holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University.
