Rep. Ron Estes, a U.S. Congressman representing Kansas’ 4th district since 2017, shared several updates on his social media account on September 17, 2025, highlighting both national milestones and local developments.
In a post commemorating Constitution Day, Estes wrote, "238 years ago our founding fathers delivered a document to protect our freedoms. The Constitution is the longest-surviving written charter of government. Its inspiring creation is why we're able to celebrate 250 years of America next year." (September 17, 2025).
Later that day, Estes turned his attention to local matters in Kansas by noting an increase in air travel at Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport (ICT). He stated, ".@FlyICT continues to see an increase in air travel. Since July 2024, air passenger traffic has increased 7.38%. South central Kansas is a hub for aerospace, health care, cyber, ag, & more. It's exciting to see more passengers at ICT & continued growth!" (September 17, 2025).

Estes has represented Kansas’s fourth congressional district since replacing Mike Pompeo in Congress in 2017 and currently resides in Wichita. Born in Topeka in 1956 and now aged 66,[source] he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University.
