Rep. Ron Estes, who represents Kansas’ 4th district in the U.S. Congress, recently used his social media account to highlight a series of meetings and events focused on legislative initiatives and community engagement.

Later that day, Estes thanked a local organization for inviting him as a keynote speaker: "Thank you @ChamberWichita for asking me to deliver the keynote speech at this year’s Federal Issues Forum. I shared what my @HouseGOP colleagues & I have been working on along with the framework and specific areas of the One Big, Beautiful Bill." (September 3, 2025).

The following morning, he commented on his participation at another event: "I enjoyed attending the @ChamberWichita's Federal Issue Forum. It gave me the opportunity to meet and speak with many Kansans about the One Big, Beautiful Bill and answer their questions." (September 4, 2025).

Estes has served in Congress since 2017 after succeeding Mike Pompeo. He was born in Topeka in 1956 and currently resides in Wichita. Estes holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University.
