Rep. Ron Estes, U.S. Congressman representing Kansas’s 4th district, recently highlighted his visits to several local facilities in a series of posts on X, detailing tours at manufacturing plants and infrastructure projects in south central Kansas.

On September 4, 2025, Estes wrote about his visit to an aviation manufacturing site: "Last week, I toured NWI Aerostructures' Park City location and learned about their aviation manufacturing facility. Companies like these are what continue to make south central Kansas the Air Capital of the World."

The following day, on September 5, he shared details from another stop: "I enjoyed my tour of the @SherwinWilliams plant in Andover while in the district last week. This plant focuses on making paints, coatings, & more for our maritime industry. Manufacturing jobs like these are great opportunities for Kansans in my district. Thank you for having me!"

Later that same day, Estes posted about municipal infrastructure improvements: "Last Wednesday, I made a visit to Belle Plaine to learn about their new wastewater treatment plant & water tower. In a few months, the new water tower will have water flowing efficiently across Belle Plaine. Projects like these are vital to the rural towns in Kansas."

Ron Estes has represented Kansas’s 4th District since 2017 after succeeding Mike Pompeo. Born in Topeka and currently residing in Wichita, Estes holds a BS degree from Tennessee Technological University.
