U.S. Representative Ron Estes, who represents Kansas’s 4th district in Congress, recently shared updates on legislative efforts and local achievements through a series of posts on his official Twitter account.
On July 31, 2025, Estes highlighted his participation at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library alongside members of the House Ways and Means Committee. He stated, "It was great to be at the @RonaldReagan Presidential Library to talk about why the O-Triple-B is good for America with my @WaysandMeansGOP colleagues. I’m happy our historic legislation builds on President Reagan’s legacy of lowering the tax burden on Americans."
Later that day, Estes discussed bipartisan work to improve emergency medical services in rural areas. In a tweet posted on July 31, he wrote, "Ensuring Americans living in rural areas have access to life saving, emergency air services is common sense. I worked with @SenatorBennet, @RepDelBene, and Senator @MarshaBlackburn on legislation to support air ambulances in rural areas of our nation."
On August 1, Estes recognized Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport's recent milestone. He tweeted: ".@FlyICT set a new passenger record in June w/ 180,605 travelers flying in & out of Wichita. The increase in travelers is a positive sign for air travel. Whether you're visiting or just passing through, it's nice to have you in the Air Capital of the World!"
Estes has represented Kansas’s 4th district since replacing Mike Pompeo in Congress in 2017 and currently resides in Wichita. Born in Topeka in 1956 and holding a BS from Tennessee Technological University, Estes continues to focus legislative attention on both national policy issues and developments within his home state.
