There is an opening on the Fire Code Board of Appeals for a registered design professional w/structural engineering or architectural experience to serve a three-year term.
This Board determines the suitability of alternate materials and types of construction and provides for reasonable interpretations of the provisions of the Fire Code. Appointments for this Board are appointed and approved by the Board of County Commissioners. For more detailed information, see Board description under Advisory Boards on the County website. Applications are open through December 30, 2022.
