U.S. Congressman Ron Estes (R-Kansas) recently visited several locations in Kansas’ 4th District to meet with businesses and community members. The tour focused on companies that serve and employ rural Kansans, as well as discussions about the One Big, Beautiful Bill.
During his visit to Wellington, Rep. Estes met with employees at AAR CORP., a company specializing in aviation component services. He also toured KanOkla’s technical facilities at a new hospital site in Caldwell. In Caldwell, he participated in a roundtable discussion with rural hospital staff, school teachers, administrators, local leaders, and other community members.
The final stop was Belle Plaine, where Rep. Estes learned about the city’s new waste water treatment plant and water tower through meetings with local officials.

Ron Estes has represented Kansas’ 4th district in Congress since 2017 after succeeding Mike Pompeo. He was born in Topeka in 1956 and now lives in Wichita. Estes holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University.
