Rep. Ron Estes, who represents Kansas’ 4th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of updates on his official X account regarding recent legislative and regulatory developments affecting aviation and tax policy.

On July 24, 2025, Estes highlighted the impact of a new aviation regulation: ".@SecDuffy's announcement on the final MOSAIC rule is a win for recreational pilots and aviation manufacturers for the Air Capital. It will provide regulatory relief, drive innovation, and bolster aviation safety."

The following day, July 25, Estes shared information about upcoming discussions with American constituents: "This weekend my @WaysandMeansGOP colleagues and I are going to hear from American workers, small businesses, and families on how the historic One Big, Beautiful Bill is delivering tax relief to their lives and businesses." Estes has served as a member of Congress since 2017 after succeeding Mike Pompeo. He was born in Topeka in 1956 and currently resides in Wichita. Estes holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University.
