On June 16, 2025, Rep. Estes expressed his approval of the new Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) levels released by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He stated that these levels "will continue to support the Kansas agricultural and biofuel producers." Estes emphasized his satisfaction with the EPA's recognition of "the critical role that Kansas ag producers play in securing America’s" needs here.
