The Friends University Powerlifting Open is scheduled for Saturday (Feb. 11) on campus inside the multi-purpose building.

Under fourth-year head coach Joe Belden, the Friends University powerlifting squads have achieved consistent national success.
Belden has coached three national champions overall during his tenure and guided the women's team to a fifth-place finish at the USA Collegiate Nationals in the 2020-21 season.
