Rep. Ron Estes highlights retirement security and tax cuts for Kansas families

Rep. Ron Estes, who represents Kansas’ 4th district in the U.S. Congress, has used his social media platform to highlight legislative efforts focused on retirement security and tax relief for working families.

On September 23, 2025, Estes posted a message about congressional action regarding unclaimed retirement funds. He stated, "By addressing this issue in Congress, more Americans will be reunited with their forgotten retirement funds. The Unclaimed Retirement Rescue Plan will strengthen retirement security for millions of workers."

A day later, on September 24, 2025, Estes commented on expected financial benefits for Kansas residents due to recent tax policy changes: "Kansas families can expect a take-home pay increase of $6,900 to $11,700 because of Republicans’ working families tax cut."

Since entering Congress in 2017 as the successor to Mike Pompeo, Ron Estes has represented Kansas’s 4th District and focused on issues affecting his constituents. Born in Topeka in 1956 and residing in Wichita, Estes holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University.
