Street work (Mastic Seal) will begin next week --

Weather permitting, South Central Sealing & Paving will begin mastic seal in the following areas beginning Tuesday ~ July 5th.  This project will continue through the end of that week. 

1700 and 1800 Blocks of W. Edgewood Dr.

16th Street from Edgewood Dr. to Crestview Rd.

Coyote Ridge Addition

Wheatridge Addition

Crestview Heights Addition

Please try to avoid parking over wide cracks along the streets in this area during the project.  

Mastic Seal is a hot-applied polymer modified asphalt mixed with specially designed aggregate and modifier combinations that is chosen to properly fill wide cracks and defects, thus allowing for prevention of water infiltration while restoring and improving traffic quality.  The large cracks in these specified areas will be cleaned of dirt and debris using compressed air.  

South Central Sealing & Paving will handle all traffic control during these projects.
